NASA finds new evidence of liquid water on Mars. A study presents evidence of the existence of salt water in the south.
According to the observations, the water would be present at temperatures of about 23 degrees below zero and would be responsible for darkening terrain seen in the pictures on the warmer seasons, as explained in a NASA press release.
The discovery could indicate a hydrological cycle and the evidence that the Red Planet is really active, with big implications for the search for life.
